JOHN POUND

I began my professional journey in academia and policy, helping to lead the development of modern activist public equity investing.  Then, under the Integrity Brands masthead, I founded a program of active investments and involvements in consumer-facing companies, and helped to lead and oversee turnarounds, evolutions, and growth at a series of national brands.  I've deployed the accumulated knowledge to advise and coach CEOs, founders, and boards at conviction-driven businesses (and nonprofits), helping to support both the art and science that are critical to success. I try, in my work, to be like Marcus (with me above) - good and true, albeit possibly a touch neurotic - you can't go wrong being guided by a dog's heart.
